Pre-Orders: Pre-orders reserve item allocation immediately upon purchase. Dispatch dates for pre-orders are estimates listed on the product page and are subject to manufacturer release schedules.

Shipping & Customs: Standard delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kawaii Katta is not liable for carrier or customs delays. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once products are transferred to the carrier.

Cancellations: Once an order (including pre-orders) is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to a change of mind.

Refunds & Returns: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. All sales are final, with refunds or replacements provided solely for approved claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported with required evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Prohibited Uses: Users may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code like viruses.

Agent Usage: Software or services acting as "Agents" (autonomous software) must identify themselves in HTTP/HTTPS requests and cannot be used to mimic human behavior or circumvent security measures like CAPTCHAs.

Feedback: Any suggestions or reviews submitted grant Kawaii Katta a perpetual, worldwide license to use that content for any purpose, including commercial use.
